Hello everyone , it's me xanne again . Today I will be sharing some places I went yesterday and I feel it is worth sharing ! FOLLOW ME ~

SUKA DUKKAH MEATBALLS // RM24+

I am just super in love with this taste , you should give this a try if you are a flavorful kind of person .

 

SPICY SEAFOOD LINGUINE // RM 34+

[RATE: ***]

This taste like marina pasta but its slightly spicy , It's not very spicy or maybe because I told the waiter to reduce the spiciness since I couldn't take spicy food . The good side of it is their seafood is really fresh ! If you are a seafood lover like me , I pretty sure you went to different places and try out their seafood dishes and their seafood will just disappoint you no matter how hipster or famous the restaurant is , but R&R's seafood is pretty fresh !

For those who can't take cilantro taste like me , don't be scared of the amount of the cilantro in the picture , it's just a decoration . You can just take it away and it doesn't affect the taste overall .

 

SOFT SHELL CRAB LINGUINE //RM34

Why only a star given ? Cause this taste bad to me LOL. I try some of the linguine and this just taste like aglio olio mixed with some chili flakes , you know those chili flakes that usually Dominos will give when you order pizzas ? Yes , it's that taste . It will be totally your favorite if you are chili flakes fans. My friend order this and she told me whenever she bite on the soft shell crab , she can feel oil coming out from the crab hhahaha , so it's totally not my kind of dish .

Good news mummies and daddies , they have a kids area !  But when I went there , the upstairs section was closed so I couldn't show any picture here .

 

 

||SOFT SRVE ICE CREAM AND DESSERT BAR ||

 

 

 

 

We went here because one of my friend was craving for their ice cream and keep telling me how delicious is it , trying to persuade me and my other friend to go with her ... so we went .

Look at my picture carefully and you will notice that the soft serve is just in the upper small cup !! LOL , the big cup is filled with water and dry ice to keep the temperature low so it won't melt that fast  . The one we order is milk flavored topped with cereal cornflakes and strawberry . From what I feel , RM12 for this soft serve is slightly expensive as I personally feel McD or ikea 's ice cream taste better lol , but since my friend recommend this so hardly , I pretty sure there's still somebody who love their ice cream . So , why not give a try ?We went there for their green tea soft serve but they say it's no longer available T.T  so we ordered the earl grey lavender soft serve and they told us their machine is spoiled . oh wow , such bad day urghh .

To fixed our matcha craving , we went to another ice cream shop in damansara uptown !  They famous fro their match ice cream so we decided to give a try ! I am a super matcha fans but I don't drink Starbuck's  green tea latte as I think that just taste like green tea kitkat to me but I ordered their O-matcha latte (RM13) and I will give this a rate of 5 stars !!!!!!!!

 

If you are like me , you don't really enjoy sweet stuff , this is really your first choice ! You can really taste orginal green tea with milk but not fake sweet taste like syrup . This just taste so original and I love it !

I will visit this green tea house again for sure and try out more of  their ice cream and other dessert !

NEW TREND NUDE

Hello guys and girls , it's me xanne again . Welcome back to my blog !

This should be a monthly favourite post but hmmm , I end up decided to make it as a fashion trend post . I know is kind of late sharing about nude colour since 2016 should be a year of PANTONE in the fashion and beauty field but meh , I abit outdated , I just started trying nude colour product this year hahaha .  I will do a post on PANTONE COLOUR if I found some pantone colour product which is really worth to recommend ! STAY TUNED

I always don't dare to try out nude color as I always thought nude colour doesn't suit asian and my face always look pale , if I put on nude lipstick ,doesn't it look more pale ?  but I finally try it out and I feel ..... NOT BAD HAHAHAH

FOOD REVIEW : NAJ & BELLE

MUSHROOM CARBONARA 

 

 BREAKFAST MENU : GO GRANDE

They have all day breakfast menu , get your breakfast cravings fixed there .

My friend ordered this while I order the mushroom carbonara . I regret not ordering their breakfast , the carbonara is slightly rich , if you love creamy food , their carbonara is definitely your choice .

 

 ||SIGNATURE WATERMELON CAKE || HAZELNUT CHOC CAKE ||

Tried these two of their cakes , personally think it's abit pricey , The watermelon cake is refreshing , its the combination of vanilla sponge cake with lychee cream and a slice of watermelon .

Definitely will visit this café again for  brunch !

 

SS15 Courtyard is a new mall with a lot of new café such as Wondermama , Naj & Belle , Yesterday's , Jibby Chow ..... . These cafés look really good and I do search for reviews but not many review written . I will try my best to write review when I do try out all this café .

BANGKOK TRIP 2015

         HELLO BELLO ! I finally got time to write my blog post ! Before I start my post , I want to wish every of my reader HAPPY NEW YEAR ! HAPPY 2016 ~

 

        If you following me , you will know I went Bangkok last year Christmas and have a super bad vacay experience urghhh ... but I will still roughly describe my trip here although there is nothing much . My sister booked the Baiyoke sky hotel Bangkok which she says it is the tallest building in Bangkok (idk true or false ).  I have to say the hotel its like ok ok only for me but the view is totally chio af ! DAEBAKK .. Love the view there .

 

 

 SO CUTE !!

 sorry for the messy hotel room ~ Didn't manage to take a picture before my family start messing the bed . It's actually given two single bed or a king size bed but we add on an extra bed cause trust me , the room is freaking big !!!

 I love their breakfast buffet tho , I not sure isit they have a lot of Japanese customer or what ? They have Japanese food as breakfast ! LOVE IT <3

The must try Cha yen (Thailand milk tea) , but hmmm ... too sweet for me . Just not my cup of tea

I will be doing another separate post on Bangkok haul or Bangkok snacks haul to share what I bought in Bangkok .

 

Thai Massage is a must ! I not sure is my skin too thick or what , I feel like the woman its touching me more than massaging hahaha .

 

I saw a lot blogger who visit Bangkok and Som Tam Nua Restaurant near Siam Sqaure and say its really good and super recommend their thai style fried chicken and this make me feel like trying this !

 

Look at the amount of people waiting outside ! Luckily we do reserve it huhu

We cant read Thai so we actually ask the waitress there to recommend us what is nice there and they recommended this fried fish but I don't feel its nice , its just taste like how my mum fried a fish but without soy sause .

Guess what ?! This trip is so rush until I don't even take some solo pic but just a few of it , really regret of not taking more pic . I am pretty sure I will visit Bangkok once again but not during the peak period , the amount of people is insane , the jam is x10 of KL , OMG , thinking back my trip in Bangkok really make me angry , waste my money only haiz . Wrong timing , Wrong place , Wrong plane !

           Look at the night view from my hotel room ! CHIO RIGHT ?  There is a super big window in my hotel room and the view form there is super super pretty ! The night view is even prettier , with a can of CHANG beer and the night view is the only thing that I enjoy in Bangkok during this trip .
